  • What is Stages at Sea?

    Stages at Sea is the greatest 4-night musical theatre Festival at Sea.  If you love musical theatre, showtunes and glamour, then we’ve bottled it all in one action packed festival at sea. You’ll be lucky to hear and see many of the West End and Broadway’s biggest stars. In addition to their awesome shows, you’ll get to take part in artist hosted activities and autograph sessions.

  • What is the cruise itinerary?

    Subject to change, the cruise itinerary is:

    • Monday, October 15, 2018 – Depart Southampton, UK (approx. 1700hrs)
    • Tuesday, October 16 – At Sea
    • Wednesday, October 17 – Amsterdam, Holland [arrive approx 0700hrs, depart 1700hrs]
    • Thursday, October 18 – At Sea
    • Friday, October 19 – Arrive Southampton, UK (approx 0600hrs)
  • What is included in the price?

     4-night round-trip cruise from the port of Southampton, UK onboard the RCCL ‘Navigator Of The Seas’ including a day ashore in Amsterdam

    • All entertainment Onboard
    • All meals in our Complimentary Restaurants – Speciality Restaurants also available [cover charge may apply].
    • Non-carbonated beverages (i.e. tea, juices, coffee).
    • Use of the ship’s beautiful pools and spa’s* (all with plenty of deck space to enjoy a cocktail and some great music).
    • Use of all of the ‘Navigator of the Seas’ facilities.
    • Navigator’s Youth Program facilities and activities if you’re bringing children.**           

    * Due to stage setup and weather conditions, some pools and spas may be closed for safety during the cruise.

    **On occasions, adjustments are made to children’s program hours and locations as required by our scheduled activities.

    Not included are:

    • Alcoholic beverages.
    • Soft drinks & bottled water.
    • Gambling casino, bingo etc
    • Spa and spa services
    • While many restaurants on board are free, some Specialty Restaurants you choose to go to require a cover charge. 
    • Any meals, events or tours in the port.
    • Pre-cruise or post-cruise hotels.
    • Airfare.
    • Ground transportation.
    • Travel Insurance.
  • How do I Book?

  • Can I Pay in Full?

    You may pay in full at the time of booking. No future payments or billing plan will be needed, unless you later modify your reservation. Payments in Full made through Feb 28th 2018 that are paid in full within 48 hours of booking will receive a 5% discount off cabin fare. The Paid In Full Discount only applies if the entire cabin is paid for and is not available on a per person basis.

  • Is there a Payment Plan?

    Yes.  Depending on when you book your cruise will dictate your payment plan. More information on Payment Plans are found here.  Final balance is due Mar 12, 2018.

  • Can I pay by a Bank Transfer?

    No, unfortunately Royal Caribbean don’t offer this Bank Transfer (BACs) facility.  However payment can be easily made using all major debit and credit cards.  Great news for you is that there is no additional surcharge for paying with a credit card.  This is quite unusual for holiday bookings so is a great benefit for you our guest.

  • Is this cruise run by Royal Caribbean?

    No, this cruise festival is run by Floating Festivals who have chartered the ship from Royal Caribbean (RCL).  The Booking agent and payment processor is RCL Cruises Ltd t/a Royal Caribbean International (company no. 0736612), Building 3, The Heights, Brooklands, Weybridge, Surrey KT13 0NY.  All bookings are subject to its standard booking conditions available at www.royalcaribbean.co.uk. Cruise bookings are ABTA bonded & ATOL protected.

  • Why isn’t this cruise listed on Royal Caribbean’s website?

  • Can I book BOTH Stages & Throwback Festivals and stay onboard for 7 nights?

    Absolutely! You can either book one festival, or have double the fun and book back to back festivals, staying with us for the full 7 nights. To find out more and ensure cabin availability, please call 0844 417 0320* to get more information

  • What are the policies about minimum age limits for sailing or having a stateroom?

    Minimum Age for Sailing.

     Infants sailing on a cruise must be at least 6 months old as of the first day of the cruise and/or Cruisetour. However for transatlantic, transpacific, Hawaii, select South American and other cruises and/or Cruisetours, the infant must be at least 12 months old as of the first day of the cruise/Cruisetour.

    For the purposes of this policy, any cruise that has three or more consecutive days at sea will require infants to be 12 months old on the first day of the cruise/Cruisetour.

    Please be aware that guests travelling with a young infant that does not meet this infant policy will be denied boarding. No refunds or other compensation shall be due from the cruise line to anyone as a result of the denial of boarding to an underage infant or other accompanying guests.

     

    Minimum Age to Occupy a Stateroom*

    For sailings that depart a port in Europe, Asia, South America, New Zealand or Australia then no Guest younger than age eighteen (18) will be assigned to a stateroom unless accompanied in the same stateroom by an adult of eighteen (18) years old or older. A guest’s age is established as their age upon the first day of sailing. Please note, that for sailings which depart from a port in the US or Canada, the above age limit is twenty-one (21).

  • What if I have any special requests with regard a disability, a medical condition or a dietary requirement?

    We welcome guests with disabilities or special requirements based around a medical or dietary condition and work hard to assist them throughout their holiday. For details on how we can assist and how to contact us with your requirements please see below.

  • What kind of assistance do you provide in getting on and off the ship?

    We have personnel with wheelchairs who provide assistance in pushing wheelchairs on and off the ship using gangways and boarding bridges. Please note our personnel are not allowed to lift guests. During peak times there may be a wait for assistance. If you need further details on arranging pier assistance, please contact our Reservations Service Team on 0844-417-0320*.

  • Will the Artists be onboard the whole cruise?

    Our artists simply can’t wait to join you on board for the cruise!  However, there may be some cases where they must join us during the trip or depart early due to current schedule or personal commitments.

  • What are the sleeping arrangements for all cabins?

    DOUBLE STATEROOMS :

    • Interior, Ocean View and Balcony Staterooms: have two single beds that can be converted to a queen.
    • Suites with double occupancy have either a queen or king bed.

     

    TRIPLE STATEROOMS:

    • Interior, Ocean View and Balcony Staterooms: Sleeping accommodations are 2 twin beds that convert to 1 Queen bed and 1 upper bed.  Same as interior quad photo below, but without the lower middle bed.
    • Mini-Suites:  Third and fourth guests are accommodated by 1 double sleeper sofa (great for kids!).  

     

    QUAD STATEROOMS:

    • Interior Staterooms: Sleeping accommodations are 2 twin beds that convert to 1 Queen bed, 1 upper bed, and 1 trundle (pop-up) bed.  
    • Ocean View Staterooms: Sleeping accommodations are 2 twin beds that convert to 1 Queen bed, 1 upper bed, and 1 trundle (pop-up) bed.  
    • Balcony Staterooms:  Quads: Sleeping accommodations are 2 twin beds that convert to 1 Queen bed, 1 upper bed, and 1 Single Sofa Bed. 
    • Mini-Suites:  Third and fourth guests are accommodated by 1 double sleeper sofa (great for kids!).

  • How do I get a Cruise discount, and Is there discounts for Group Bookings?

    At this stage there are no discounts applicable for groups bookings. However all passengers can receive a discount under the following 3 options.

    Paid In Full Discount:  Payments in Full made through Feb 28th 2018 that are paid in full within 48 hours of booking will receive a 5% discount off cabin fare. The Paid In Full Discount only applies if the entire cabin is paid for and is not available on a per person basis.

    Extra Berthing in Cabin: 3rd, 4th, 6th & 8th berthings (where available) reduces the overall cabin pricing. See the Pricing page for full details
     
    Single Occupancy Discount is applicable. 

  • Are there any discounts for Children?

    Because RCCL cruise vacations offer so many special activities for children, we do not offer discounted rates. However, anyone staying in the same stateroom with two full-fare paying guests will pay a special third and/or fourth guests rate. So if you are intending on having your children stay in your stateroom, their rate will be lower and the 3rd/4th/6th/8th additional berth prices will apply. See the Pricing page for more details.
