Payment Plan

Stages at Sea is dedicated to making the payments for cabins as guest-friendly as possible.
Stages accepts all major credit cards. To make a payment on an existing reservation, please call 0844 417 0320.
For new bookings, you have 2 options:

  • Payment in Full Upfront

    You may pay in full at the time of booking. No future payments or billing plan will be needed, unless you later modify your reservation. Payments in Full made through Feb 28, 2018 that are paid in full within 48 hours of booking will receive a 5% discount off cabin fare. The Paid In Full Discount only applies if the entire cabin is paid for and is not available on a per person basis.

     

  • Automatic Billing Plan

    At the time of booking, an initial deposit is required. The date of booking will then dictate which automatic billing plan will apply. Your automatic billing plan is available at no extra charge.

     

    3rd, 4th, 6th & 8th Berth Pricing

    Interior Cabins £309.00; Ocean View Cabins £409.00; Ocean View Cabins with Balcony £509.00 and Suites and above £609.00 per person

     

    Automatic Billing Plan – Deposits

    These are per person deposits for all bookings made prior to Oct 1, 2017: £150.00 for Interior and Promenade or Ocean View cabins, £300.00 for all Balcony or Suite cabins. These are per person deposits. All moneys paid are non-refundable.
    For bookings after Oct 1, 2017, please see below Payment Instalments.

     

    Payment Instalments – (Required)

    If you have booked prior to Oct 1, 2017, your booking will require a full deposit based on your selected cabin class due at time of booking (see above).

     

    Cabin booked between between June 1-Sept 30, 2017:

    If you have booked during the above period, you will have 2 equal payment instalments for the remaining balance (after deducting the original deposit you have already made). The 2 payment instalments will be as follows:

    1st Payment instalment: Oct 12, 2017*

    Final Payment instalment: Mar 12, 2018*

    *The additional fees for Port charges, taxes, gratuities and administration fees will be added equally to these instalments.

     

    Cabin booked between Oct 1, 2017- Feb 28, 2018:

    If you have booked during the above period, we will require a 50% deposit at the time of booking*. You will then have 1 remaining and final payment instalment on Mar 12, 2018*   

    *The additional fees for Port charges, taxes, gratuities and administration fees will be added equally to both instalments.

     

    Cabin booked after Mar 1, 2018:

    Payment will be required in full at the time of booking. This will also include 100% of the Additional Fees.

     

  • Additional Information

    Auto Pay

    If you have booked prior to Oct 1 2017, you will be required to make 2 further even repayments of your remaining balance on the following dates:

    1st Payment instalment: Oct 12, 2017

    Final Payment instalment: Mar 12, 2018.

    If you have booked after Oct 1 2017, you will be required to make 1 final repayment of your remaining balance on the following date:

    Final Payment instalment: Mar 12, 2018.

    Leading up to the payment instalment dates, you will be sent a reminder email from [email protected] prompting you of the repayment required.

    To make all repayments, you have 2 options.

    1. You can either call our dedicated call centre team on 0844 417 0320*.  (*Calls cost 7p per minute plus your phone company’s access charge).
    2. You can request a callback from our call centre and we will call you back within 24 hours.  To request a call back, you can simply reply back to the payment reminder email sent to you.  Or you can email [email protected] separately and make your request.

    Please note: You can also repay the balance of your cruise at any time prior to all the above payment instalment due dates.

     

    Additional Fees 

    Port Charges/Taxes/Gratuities/Admin Fee is £110.00 per person. This mandatory charge is included in all cabin prices as stated above.

     

    Late Payments

    There is a £35.00 late payment fee per person. This will be assessed each time a payment is late. If you are 30 days past due on any of your cruise payments we have the choice to cancel your reservation.

     

    Cancellation Policy

    Prior to Oct 12 2017: Deposit Only

    From Oct 12 2017 to Mar 11 2018: 50% of the Total Cruise Charge

    From March 12 2018: 100% of the Total Cruise Charge
