If you booked prior to Oct 3rd 2017, you will have paid your initial deposit [dependent on cabin grade] at the time of making your booking. This will be followed by x2 equal payments on or before the following dates:
1st payment instalment: October 12th 2017.
Final payment instalment: March 1st 2018.
If you book between October 4th and February 28th2018, you will pay your initial deposit [dependent on cabin grade] at the time of making the booking, followed by 2 equal payments on the following dates:
1st payment instalment: March 1st 2018
Final payment instalment: May 1st 2018
If you book between March 1st and April 30th 2018 you will pay 2 equal instalments.
1st instalment at the time of booking.
Final payment instalment on May 1st 2018.
If you book after May 1st 2018 payment will be required in full at the time of booking. Leading up to the payment instalment dates, you will be sent a reminder email from [email protected] prompting you of the repayment required.
To make all repayments, you have 2 options.
- You can either call our dedicated call centre team on 0333 272 7807*. (*Calls cost 7p per minute plus your phone company’s access charge).
- You can request a callback from our call centre and we will call you back within 24 hours. To request a call back, you can simply reply back to the payment reminder email sent to you. Or you can email [email protected] separately and make your request.
Please note: You can also repay the balance of your cruise at any time prior to all the above payment instalment due dates.
Port Charges/Taxes/Gratuities/Admin Fee is £110.00 per person. This mandatory charge is included in all cabin prices as stated above.
There is a £35.00 late payment fee. This will be assessed each time a payment is late. If you are 30 days past due on any of your cruise payments we have the choice to cancel your reservation.
Bookings made prior to February 28th 2018: All moneys paid are non-refundable.
Bookings made from March 1st 2018 to April 30th 2018: 50% of the Total Cruise Charge. All moneys paid are non-refundable.
Bookings made from May 1st 2018: 100% of the Total Cruise Charge. All moneys paid are non-refundable.
