  • Guarantee cabins mean you select the cabin category and Floating Festivals allocate your cabin number. Floating Festivals will let you know which cabin you’re in before you sail and you’re always guaranteed a room in your category. Please note cabin numbers may not be allocated until 2 weeks before sailing.
  • Guarantee cabin prices include Port taxes, Fess & Gratuities.
  • If you want to purchase Non-Guarantee cabins and want a specific cabin number and location, please contact our booking team on 0344 417 0320 and they will run you through the available options that will best suit your criteria.


Other Important Notes:

  • Non-Guarantee Cabin prices already include a mandatory additional charge for port charges, taxes and fees at £48.68 per person.  For all Non-Guarantee Cabins, In addition, a £30 gratuity charge (which is pre-paid before sailing) is added to each person and £37 per person in suites.  This mandatory charge is on TOP of all cabin prices as stated above for Non-Guarantee Cabins.
  • **Cabins in the above box labelled ‘Cabins for 3 or 4 people’ is completely separate from the pricing and cabin/pricing offer that relates to ‘THE ULTIMATE 80s ALL-INCLUSIVE GETAWAY OFFER – SHARE & SAVE’ offer and pricing.
  • *All Food is referring only to food that is available in all complimentary dining options that don’t have an additional charge.  There are complimentary dining options for passengers for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks during the day.  Any restaurant or dining offer that requires an additional charge is not included in the base fare and is not referred to in this context.  These require an additional charge and will be charged at the time of purchase onboard.


Parking at Port of Southampton – Discount Offer with AB Parking

  • Parking at Southampton is offered through an independent third party company. We recommend AB Parking & they have a 10% discount code for all guests if you use Promo Code ‘Festivals’ when booking online at https://www.abparking.co.uk/ or over the phone on 02380 488870.  Parking is limited and any questions, queries and logistics need to be coordinated directly with ABP Parking.
  • Payment In Full Up Front

    You may pay in full at the time of booking. No future payments or billing plan will be needed, unless you later modify your reservation.

    Payments In Full made up until 28th Feb 2019 that are paid in full within 48 hours of booking will receive a 5% discount off the ‘Cabin Fare’ portion of the ticket. The ‘Cabin Fare’ does not include the Gratuities, Taxes & Fees amount, so the 5% discount won’t apply to this mandatory amount. The Paid In Full Discount only applies if the entire cabin is paid for and is not available on a per person basis.


  • Billing Plan

    At the time of booking, an initial deposit is required. The date of your booking will then dictate which billing plan will apply.

    Billing Plan – Deposits

    Currently, £150pp* deposit per person is required to secure your booking.  Please see the Payment plan information in the ‘Aditional section’ where full payment may be required at the time of booking.  This will be closer to the sail date when last minute bookings may occur.

    *These are per person deposits. All monies paid are non-refundable.

  • Additional Information

    Billing Plan

    If you booked on board you will have paid your initial deposit at the time of making your booking. This will be followed by x4 equal payments on or before the following dates:

    1st payment instalment: 15th January 2019*.

    2nd payment instalment: 15th March 2019*.

    3rd payment instalment: 15th May 2019*.

    4th & final payment: 15th July 2019*.


    Bookings from July 1, 2019, Onwards:


    £150 deposit per person at the time of booking. This will be followed by:

    1st payment instalment: 15th July 2019 (50% of remaining balance)*.

    2nd payment instalment: 15th August 2019 (50% of remaining balance)*.

    Final payment instalment: 1st September 2019 (remaining balance)*.

    *The additional fees for Port Charges, taxes, gratuities and administration fees will be added equally across these instalments.  All payments are non-refundable.  Any bookings after the earlier instalment dates will simply add the preceding amount to the next payment.


    How do I make Payment Installments?

    Leading up to the payment instalment dates, you will be sent a reminder email from floatingfestivals@rccl.com prompting you of the repayment required.  All questions and queries need to be sent only to floatingfestivals@rccl.com.

    To make your repayments, you have 2 options.

    1. You can either call our dedicated call centre team on 0344 417 0320*.  (*Local call cost applies).
    2. You can request a callback from our call centre and we will call you back within 24 hours.  To request a callback, you can simply reply back to the payment reminder email sent to you.  Or you can email floatingfestivals@rccl.com separately and make your request.

    Please note: You can also repay the balance of your cruise at any time prior to all the above payment instalment due dates.


    Additional Fees:

    Port Charges & Taxes are included in the above prices at £48.68 per person. Gratuities are charged at £30 per person for Cabins and £37 per person for suites to cover the 3 nights.  This mandatory charge is on TOP of all cabin prices as stated above.


    Late Payments

    There is a £35.00 late payment fee per person. This will be assessed each time a payment is late. If you are 30 days past due on any of your cruise payments we have the choice to cancel your reservation.


    Cancellation Policy

    Bookings made prior to February 28th 2019:  All money paid is non-refundable.

    Bookings made from March 1st 2019 to April 30th 2019: 50% of the Total Cruise Charge. All money paid is non-refundable.

    Bookings made from May 1st 2019 onwards: 100% of the Total Cruise Charge. All money paid is non-refundable.
